About Me

What are my qualifications?

I have completed both GCSE and A-level Computer Science, achieving grades of 9 and A, respectively. I am currently a first-year Computer Science student at Durham University. Most of my programming knowledge was self-taught before studying the same material in school and sixth form. This experience makes me an ideal tutor, as I understand how to build foundational knowledge independently and can explain programming concepts without relying on technical terminology. However, I am also comfortable teaching using subject-specific terminology, should that be preferred.

My projects

After learning a foundational level Python and gaining a solid understanding of programming theory, I focused on game development with Pygame. Although initially self-taught, my projects have evolved over the years from simple, inefficient games to more polished and professional projects. I have also recently worked on additional projects, some of which are available on my GitHub.
